Support writing full package version (version+revno) to clientdefs.VERSION

Bug Description

At the moment only major.minor.revision is written to clientdefs.VERSION. For PPA builds the package version can be major.minor.revision+rREVNO and it will more accurately describe what's happening to the syncdaemon (when LP:715455 is implemented).
