Bug Description

User is not prompted to upgrade when they try to sync a folder that will exceed their cloud data storage allowance

See variation 3.c in use case 2.1.A for description of desired functionality (file sync spec)

Failed in ubuntuone-client 1.3.6-0ubuntu1. When selecting to sync a folder that is over the account 2GB limit, there is no warning. The folder attempts to sync.

Right, this is because we decided to not do the check in Nautilus, since that would make it very slow (it needs to contact the server to know the quota), so how it is implemented is that syncdaemon, when uploading the files, will emit a signal saying the user has exceeded his quota, and then, at that moment, we offer the user to upgrade. That's the best way we have found to implement this
