Bug Description
Pressing "Enable" fails when the computer is not connected to Ubuntu One.
to reproduce:
1. Make a fresh install of maverick
2. go to a folder, say /username/pictures/
3. press the "Enable" button
The bar then says "Enabling /home/john/Pictures folder for synchronization on Ubuntu One..." and grays out the enable button but nothing else happens.

Passed in 1.3.7-0ubuntu1. Clicked on Synchronize check box on a fresh install of Ubuntu (no Ubuntu One account setup) and the browser opened up, prompting me to login/sign-up and complete the Ubuntu One setup process.
