Bug Description
I created and accepted a share using the web UI between two users with multiple clients connected. There were a number of issues:
[1] ShareCreated is not sent to the shared_by user. It should be sent so the client can update its metadata. Currently the client code will not handle this notification properly.
[2] ShareDeleted is not sent to the shared_by user. It should be sent so the client can update its metadata. Currently the client code will not handle this notification properly.
