Contact Picker - When adding a new contact, the 'Add' button should be grayed out until at least one letter is entered into the name field. See step .8 of variation 12.a in the spec - Contact Picker - When adding a new contact, the 'Add' button should be grayed out until at least one letter is entered into the name field.

Passed in ubuntuone-client 1.3.5-0ubuntu1. Add button only shows up once the "@" is typed in the field which is the proper behavior.
