Bug Description
Contact Picker - Contacts with very long names should have their name concatenated. All displayed names should be under XX characters long (XX being the number of characters that fit on two lines). If a name has more than this number of characters then:
1) Only the first and last names should be displayed
If this does not reduce the character count to under the limit
2) Only the first name should be displayed
