Bug Description
Currently there is no way to get the list of public files at start-up of the client. We need to be able to do this, and show the correct file emblems to users, and offer the functionality to copy the url to the clipboard. Without this functionality the user will no longer be able to see which files are shared publicly once he restarts.

Does this require an Internet connection every time the client starts up (at boot?) to show the emblems?
