Bug Description

This happens since a few weeks : U1 connects, tells he is synchronizing and then crashes

Nicolas,
Thank you for taking the time to submit this bug report and helping to make Ubuntu One better. It looks like you have some file names with non utf-8 characters. There is a script you can run to help you identify the ofending files. If you would like to use run the following commands in the Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal)

wget http://people.ubuntu.com/~duanedesign/utf8-filename-check.py

python utf8-filename-check.py

This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 368626, so it is being marked as such. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
