Thank you for reporting this bug. In order to get the upgrade to complete succesfully please try the following.

1.Open System > Administrations > Synaptic Package Manager.
2. In Synaptic select Edit > Fix Broken Packages.
3. Mark all Upgrades
4. Apply

Please let us know if this does not solve your issue. If it does not please change the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. You do that by clicking the yellow circle with the exclamation point next to the 'Status' at the top of the page.
