Running Karmic 9.10, checking synaptic and upgrading the Ubuntu-One-Client that was still on previous version.
Then the error showed up.

Alan,
Thank you for reporting this bug. In order to get the upgrade to complete successfully please try the following.

1.Open System > Administrations > Synaptic Package Manager
2. In Synaptic select Edit > Fix Broken Packages
3. When that is done, select 'Mark all Upgrades'
4. then select 'Apply'
