Sergi,
Sorry you are having trouble with Ubuntu One. To add your computer try the following.
Open a Terminal (Applications > Accesories > Terminal) and run the following:
sudo apt-get install ubuntuone- client- tools
After that installs run the following in the Terminal:
u1sync --authorize
The webpage will come up asking you to login then it
should ask you to add your computer.
Also check your 'limit bandwidth usage' settings. If you have this enabled you must enter a value other than 0 in the Maximum Upload and Maximum Download speeds. You can change this by Right-clicking the applet and selecting Preferences.
If you have any trouble at all please let me know.
