Bug Description
I'm using the beta from the PPA to get around the need for Network Manager. Now I can't limit download speeds, because it seems to default to 0 whatever I set it to. With downloads limited to 0, it can't connect and nothing in UbuntuOne works.

Hi Ross,
I'm sorry Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. I was able to reproduce this bug and created a new bug with steps to reproduce so our developers can fix the problem and test it properly. In the mean time, you may be able to work around this bug by doing the following:
1. Quit the Ubuntu One client ubuntuone/ syncdaemon. conf
2. Delete the file: ~/.config/
(If using Nautilus, make sure you do a Ctrl-H to view hidden files when in your home directory)
3. Start the Ubuntu One client
You can try resetting the bandwidth usage settings after this. If you continue to have problems with the bandwidth usage settings, you can follow the steps above and it's probably safest to not set the bandwidth usage preferences until we fix the issue.
Thank you,
Joshua
