Bug Description

After I had some network connection problems, i clicked on ubuntu applet to manually disconnect. After clicking "disconnect", the applet turned to its arrows-and-exclamation-point state and pushed a notification that u1 had encountered a fatal error. I clicked the icon and this time it closed and launched apport.

When I relaunched the applet, it immediately crashed again and gave the same error message through notify-osd. I have now used u1sdtool -d to disconnect and reconnect. It seems happier now.
