Why do I need to post files in the "Ubuntu one" folder first

Bug Description

Hi,

This is probably not a bug but a missing feature: I would appreciate if I do not need to copy files to the "Ubuntu one" folder but rather just mark any file in file system for synchronisation instead.

Best regards

Heinz

This is coming for Lucid with the User Defined Folder's, so it will be available soon, not to mark a file, but directories for synchronization

Hi Heinz! With User Defined Folders you could synchronise any folder under your home. Is this enough for you?

Thanks guys!

Rodrigo, this sounds promising!

Facundo, I am not sure what you mean with "User Defined Folders". Is this an Ubuntu one feature? If yes, I can not find it anywhere.

Thanks again.

Heinz
