Can you please clarify why you think it's not fixed? And why did you open a new bug rather than commenting on the previous one?

The following are the reasons why I think it is not fixed

- Sometimes Ubuntuone client fails to connect on start. A red cross on
icon shows up indicating it is not connected

- Sometimes it appears as if it is connected. A cloud symbol appears on
the icon but the files are not synchronized.

- When the menu option Open Folder is chosen it opens up the Ubuntu One
folder. When the connect button is pressed it changes to disconnect
giving an impression that it is connected. But files do not synchronize.
Then when disconnect is pressed the button changes to connect again but
now any further clicks on the connect button does not change its state.
It always shows "connect" Giving the impression that it is not able to
connect anymore.

Because of the comment from the provider of the solution for the bug
#357395
.

"If you're still having problems, please file a new bug by right-
clicking on the Ubuntu One client and selecting "Report a Problem".
Please be sure to include in the bug report output from trying to run
the Ubuntu One client from a terminal session: ubuntuone-client-applet"

OK. The 3 issues you mentioned, are separate symptoms, probably due to the same underlying problem (though it is not NetworkManager). You will still see the dbus error in logs, as we still get it from dbus, and so we log it. However, we just continue to try connecting anyway.

Though the bandwidth_throttling config in your logs here looks ok, could you please reattach ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf just to double check it? Some other users also having connection issues have had success in getting connected by removing this file, and trying to connect again. Also, have you tried quitting the applet and restarting? Or logging out of your desktop and back in? Please attach that file again, and try these suggestions so that we can try to narrow down the issue. Thanks.

summary: - Fix for the bug Bug #357395 did not fix the ubuntuone issue

None of the suggested option seem to help. Even after re-installation the result is the same, can't seem to connect to the server.

I wondering how can ubuntu one client automatically log in and synchronise the files, it never asked for the credentials such as the password to be used to connect to the server.
