U1 on Karmic does not sync all files, but stills says "Your files are up to date"

I tried twice and this thing just does not work as intended. I put 14 files (13 mp3s and 1 jpg) in the U1 folder and then it uploads 7 tells me "Your files are up to date"

Did I say that I tried twice?? So at least it is deterministically buggy.

I am running the latest stable version from the standard repo.

These things should work every time before your start charging money!

And open the code, you obviously need all the help you can get.
