Hi!

can you please paste the content of the ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file?

You should have something like this:

nessita@dali:~$ cat ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
[bandwidth_throttling]
on = False
read_limit = 0
write_limit = 0

If your config has

on = True

Please quit the client through the task bar, change the throttling setting, and start it again. It should work :-)

Let us know if this helps!

Tux, please close the client, remove the syncdaemon.conf file, and start it again. I'm closing this bug as a duplicate of Bug #455544.
