Bug Description

When I start the Ubuntu One icon
seems that the service functions properly and that it is connected, but when I open the shared folder, Nautilus proposes "connect" not "disconnect".
Ubuntu One crashes when I left-click on the icon and I try to disconnect

Hi!

can you please the content of the ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file?

You should have something like this:

nessita@dali:~$ cat ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
[bandwidth_throttling]
on = False
read_limit = 0
write_limit = 0

If your config has

on = True

Please quit the client through the task bar, change the throttling setting, and start it again. It should work :-)

Let us know if this helps!

I Greg,
the file syncdaemon.conf was missing in my installation of Ubuntu.
I created the file and inserted the content indicated by Naty Bidart:
[bandwidth_throttling]
on = False
read_limit = 0
write_limit = 0

UbuntuOne now works correctly.

Thank you very much.
Marco.

My syncdaemon.conf file reads as:

[bandwidth_throttling]
read_limit = 0
write_limit = 0
on = False

but still will not connect.
