Bug Description

I installed Ubuntu One under Ubuntu 9.04. All worked well. But last night I upgraded to 9.10 and after that i cannot synchronize my documents. The documents one my PC (in the folder of Ubuntu One) are gone (deleted?). And the client-deamon tells me, I cannot connect until there is u new server version of Ubuntu one...

Who can help me?

Can I download all my document again without synchronizing?

Thanks

Hav you installed all updates for Ubuntu 9.10 ? Can you view your files from the web (one.ubuntu.com) ? What happens if you select Ubuntu One from Applications->Internet->Ubuntu one ?

Yes I have installed all updates. When I start Ubuntu One from Applications->Internet->Ubuntu one, it opens, but there is no pictogram... Note: My folder on my PC contains nolonger the files. All files are on de server of Ubuntu one (https://one.ubunte.com....).

It looks that if I want all document back I will have to download then one at the time.....

Hi Pier,

This problem should be resolved by now if you do an update and install the latest Ubuntu One software updates.

Thank you,

Joshua
