Ubuntu One: Capabilities Mismatch with server

After installing the Ubuntu One client from Ubuntu One:s homepage using the instructions i get
Capabilities mismatch with server.

This worked fine until today (2009-10-29) I have made the updates as they appear. I guess Ubuntuone has not made updates or maybe has and not sent individual computers the updates.

Since today is release day for Ubuntu 9.10, maybe the Ubuntu server was updated leaving us behind.
