Using 9.04 I followed the instructions here https://one.ubuntu.com/support/installation/
It brings up the web page to add this computer but then fails with a pop up with an error saying the client is too new for the server. I ran the "report a problem" so there should be a diag file attached but if not here is a copy of the log:
