Hi, We currently don't support proxies. We have this as a Wishlist item that we're considering for future development. I'm marking this bug a duplicate of the wishlist item so that this bug gets tracked properly. Thank you, Joshua

Based on Rodney's feedback in IRC, we don't really have enough info to say this is definitely related to the proxy server, so I'm removing the duplicate for now.

This looks like it may be a broken HTTPS proxy in the way. Can you confirm whether you are behind a proxy or not? Thanks.

I too am experiencing this bug, and am behind a corporate proxy. Can I be helpful in addressing this bug in any other way (short of hacking on the code?)

This is definitely related to our not supporting clients behind proxy servers. I'm marking this as a duplicate of the Wishlist item that requests this support.
