I sorted out to from this situation with these steps:

- Stop the service
- Start the service
 - no result
- Reboot
- let start the service
- found that the situation was the same
- stop the service
- start the service
- noticed that the folder was renamed .u1conflict
- moved the renamed folder in another postion
- restarted the service
- it created a new folder and everythings started to work again.

I hope this will help
