Bug Description

nautilus/ubuntuone-nautilus.c is creating partial files.

Beyond the problem that the partial files location has changed so this now is leaving .partial files all over the place, code that does not belong to the syncdaemon machinery should NEVER mess with user files, otherwise it may interfere with the state machine behaviour and may trigger data loss in user files.
