Bug Description

After logging in and the Ubuntu One client loading, a message about a fatal error with the client appears. While the daemon is still running in the background, the icon for the client disappears from the panel.

The bug report contains one interesting bit of information: a statement that this isn't an authentic Ubuntu package. Which is strange, since I downloaded it from the PPA.

I have this problem as well. Killing the ubuntuone-client and ubuntuone-syncdaemon with signal 15 and restarting Ubuntu One seems to work.
