Bug Description

Trying to use ubuntuone behind a network proxy

Expected: ubuntuone service available behind proxy
Found: doesnt work behind proxy

Version used: 0.92.0+r146-0ubuntu1~ppa1~jaunty
Platform is Jaunty 32bits, updated

More info:

1) If using regular gnome network proxy (http_proxy variable ):
ubuntuone applet never launches firefox

2) if setting https_proxy, then starting "ubuntuone-client-applet --signup":
firefox launches; Can achieve the computer registration step; However applet never connects to service.

Thank you for the bug report. You are correct, Ubuntu One does not currently work behind a network proxy. This is a known issue and we will be addressing it in the future.
