i cannot add my computer to ubuntu one account

Bug Description
i followed the installation instructions given in the ubuntu one website.
every thing went fine upto the fourth step.I clicked the Applications » Internet » Ubuntu One from the menu and the webpage didnt launch as expected.i also installed the extra ubuntu one packages and also tried from the command line but the webpage didnt show up.
I'm using only firefox and i'm behind a squid proxy.
