ubuntuone-client-applet does not work with Turkish locale

When you try to start applet with ubuntuone-client-applet --signup with Turkish locale, it does not show up in the panel but seems to work behind. And this prevents the installation itself, the "add computer" step does not work. When you use LC_ALL=C ubuntuone-client-applet --signup everything seems ok. Applet shows up in the panel, installation is completed and Ubuntu One is working.

PS: I am using Ubuntu 9.04 64bit.

Thank you for filing a bug report! Unfortunately, now that you've worked around the problem, it is a little harder to diagnose. If you, or anyone else, can reproduce this problem, please run the following command from the terminal, before applying the above LC_ALL fix:

We have such problems with some other applications, too. It could be related with the capital letters we have like İ,Ü,Ö And also we have small ı beside i.

KeyError: 'ROUND_CEiLiNG'

I am not sure about if this is the problem but I see those problems mostly with Ptyhon based applications.

I am on Karmic beta, and this issue is a problem right now again. I added my computer with LC_ALL=C trick but Ubuntu One can't get a connection. I am not sure my connection problem is about this bug.
