clicking Ubuntuone in menu doesn't bring up page to set up computer

Bug Description
After reading previous bug reports, I made sure that python-launchpadlib and network-manager were installed, and then I tried typing:
killall ubuntuone-
ubuntuone-
into the terminal. The application just hangs on a new line, without any output or change, until I kill it with ^c.
What should I do to get it running?
