"Ubuntu One" can probably considered a proper noun, but "My files" and "Shared with me" need to be translatable and translated.

I agree with Martin, and I would add that the "Ubuntu One" directory should also be translatable, since although in some locales it can be argued that it could be left as is, many others use different alphabets (e.g. Cyrillic, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Indic, etc.).
In those, not making it translatable means using Latin characters, thus leading to a not fully localised user experience.
