Bug Description

I have two photo albums. One from my first phone, and another from my new phone.

When I log in to Ubuntu One I can see all the albums and photos correct but sharing a link does not work.

steps to recreate:
1) share android phone files, so they upload to ubuntu one (album 1, phone 1)
2) share photo album 1 via a link.
3) share android phone 2 files, so they upload to ubuntu one (album 2, phone 2)
4) share photo album #1 a second time. (forgot what the original link was)
5) open photo album #2 and share a link. This incorrect shares album 1...not secure.
6) disable the links to album 1
7) open album 2, and share link
8) A new link is created, but it doesn't work. The page appears, but you're unable to access files

I've tried clearing the cache, etc, etc. Firefox 26 on Window 7

Tried opening links in a different window and on an apple ipad

Hi mitchd123, thank you for using Ubuntu One and for filing this issue.

Unfortunately, it has just been announced that the Ubuntu One service will be discontinued. As a project that started in 2009 to bring some revenue for the Ubuntu project, it just meant too much of a burden for Canonical to maintain. I recommend you to download a backup of all your uploaded files and migrate to another file hosting service (Copy, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive) that best suits your needs.

Thanks for your note and will backup my stuff. I'll probably end up on
Wuala which seems to have some encryption as well as linux & android
support.

Sincerely,

David Mitchell
