auth fail on windows7

Hi,
some time ago ubuntuone began to throw an error with the authentiation of my account [AUTH_FAILED (Authentication Failed)]
I can solved this problem in ubuntu following this steps

but i can not fixed this problem in windows 7. I try uninstalling ubuntuone completely (deleting "xdg" and "ubuntuone" folders in user/Appdata/local) but when i reinstall ubunutone begin the authetication with my account and finish in the same error (auth failed). I also erased the credentials associated with ubuntuone from the credential manager but that did not work.

Help please i need solved this problem quickly
