Bug Description

I installed Ubuntu One on my Mac:

2011 Mac Mini
Mac OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks
Not behind a proxy

I copied a folder into the Ubuntu One folder. Then I edited files on my Ubuntu laptop. But one of the files (*.lyx) didn't show on my Mac's Ubuntu One folder. I went back to the Ubuntu laptop, pulled up the file, made a change and saved it. Still doesn't show on the Mac. The Ubuntu laptop says sync is complete. Same on the Mac. Log into one.ubuntu.com and the file is there, the latest version.

So, sync is broken on the Mac.

the file in question is:

~/Ubuntu One/Project Work/LyX documentation/My Joomla 2.5 User Documentation/greenvilleenduroriders.com website administration ver 01.lyx

or it would be, if it existed!

In fact, on further testing, I saved the PDF (with the same filename) again on the Ubuntu laptop, and it *disappeared* on the Mac!

I can't use or trust Ubuntu One until this is cleared up.

Do you have a beta version with this fixed? It would be good if you posted a link to it, if it exists. I wouldn't have bothered to post this bug report, I would have tried the beta first.

I would have attached my log files, but there is no *private* option anywhere I can see. So email if you want them.

Hi Fred, I'm sorry things aren't working. The logs are indeed helpful in this situation - the best way to share them would be to contact support here: https://one.ubuntu.com/help/contact/ and attach them to the support ticket via email.
Please also mention this bug #.

Thanks.
