ubuntu one client in mac os x 10.6.8 doesn't launch at startup

Bug Description
Installation of the ubuntu one client in my iMac 8.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) was ok. when I launch the app everything works ok.
The problem is that even when I check the option of launching at startup, after restart the client is not launched.
When I launch ubuntu one it shows that file sync is turned OFF...really annoying, since ubuntu one is one of my favourite syncing services (along with DB :P)
