Bug Description
Environment: Win 7-64 Home Premium, Ubuntu One for Windows 4.0.0.0, behind NAT.
If username under which I start Ubuntu One Client contains Cyrillic characters then client hungs forever displaying message "Getting information, please wait". If username consists of English characters only then everything is ok.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log on under user "TestUser"
2. Start Ubuntu One Client.
3. Everything works.
4. Log out
5. Login under user "Игры"
6. Start Ubuntu One Client.
7. Client hangs forever displaying mentioned above message.
