Sync problem "Gettin information, please waite"

Environment: Windows 7HP, Ubuntu One for Windows 3.0.2b, disabled firewall

Steps to reproduce:
launchin Ubuntu One, after installation
it displays "Hi, 'MyName' " & and my acc informations
Result: on tab "Folders" & tab "Settings" it display nothing exept "Gettin information, please waite"

Expected Result: Setup sync folders
