Bug Description
The code in tunnel_runner.py does not work for frozen .apps on mac os x.
As a result, the system proxy settings are not used and the default twisted reactor is used instead.
The code should use the bin finding code in syncdaemon.utils (which uses the well-tested crossplatform dirspec code) instead of custom code.
