Bug Description
No information in Ubuntu one at the moment.
No logs exist.
Does not happen every time. Would estimate 4 times out of 5.
Exit from menu, Command-Q and right click icon/exit and system shutdown all display the same problem - not exiting app. Mac System "Force Quit" works.
