Ubuntu One connection timeout after trying to "Getting Informaiton, please wait..."

Bug Description

Windows xp 64bit sp3
Wndows firewall disable
proxy settings configure system wide in LAN settings. (No problem with browser access outside proxy)
ubuntu one for windows version 3.0.2b

Enter username/password but Ubuntu one trying to access information eventually timeout with following errors.

This is the error from the log:

The service has not been started.

I'm not sure what it means. I'll assign this to the team with the nice windows hackers that can give us a hand.

I have the same problem, but the version 3.0.2b worked a few weeks ago. I stoped using it and now the it hangs up at "Getting information, please wait".
After that the error message:

Ubuntu One experienced an error

Sorry, an error has occured and Ubuntu One needs to close.
