Bug Description

I couldn't find a dupe of this.

With 3.99.90b1, running u1 after a fresh install and a reboot, the 'Share links' tab displays 'Getting information, please wait...' forever (ok, for at least 5 minutes after which I stopped waiting myself).

I can click on other tabs, disconnect/reconnect, to no avail.

Note that the logs relevant to 3.99.90b1 are from 2012-10-05, previous ones should be about 3.99.90*a*1

just for completeness, this appears to be caused by a check for the length of the result of get_public_files() in share_links.py that skips the call to _load_public_files that sets self.is_processing back to False

My understanding is that there is a fix in progress, if that's the case could the corresponding branch be linked to this bug ?

This has been fixed at least in ubuntu-one-4.0beta1, not sure which milestone should be used for that.
