File system unsafe characters in use

Bug Description

These characters '\', '+', '[', ']' are said to be unsafe on VFAT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filename. U1 client on Windows should replace them with similar once, just like it does with the rest of file system unsafe chars.

EDIT: Who uses VFAT? As far as MS-DOS FAT is concerned, +, [ and ] work fine. \ only causes trouble.
