ubuntuone-client-proxy can't use a new proxy configuration

Bug Description

Ubuntuone can't use a new proxy settings, if you don't have any proxy and you are behind a proxy, ubuntuone can't connect, then you set a proxy settings in system settings. If you try reconnect, ubuntuone never launch a ubuntuone-proxy-tunnel. This also happens when you switch to another proxy settings, the ubuntuone-proxy-tunnel never take new proxy settings.

Workarround: kill ubuntuone-syncdaemon, and reconnect.
