Ubuntu One can't login on Windows 7 Ultimate

Bug Description
I installed Ubuntu One on four operating systems and only one can't login:
OS1: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit - it's OK
OS2: Kubuntu 12.04 32-bit virtualized - it's OK
OS1 and OS2 are on the same PC in a corporate network domain
OS3: Windows XP Home Edition 32-bit - it's OK
OS4: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit - CAN'T LOGIN
OS3 and OS4 on two different PCs in the same home network
probably a problem with Windows 7 Ultimate, but I can't understand what :-(
