Bug Description
Hi, my upload speed is only 50kB/s and I have unlimited data only at weekends
So if I need to upload a pile of pictures, it starts to upload them in parallel, but it is horribly slow due my connection, therefore, almost nothing got uploaded and it start over next weekend (like 50% of each file or so)
