[windows] Directory is still open by SD after removing a UDF

Ubuntu One 3.0.2

STR:

1. Create a new UDF, "Test Folder"
2. Wait for SD to synchronize
3. Remove a newly created "Test Folder" UDF using \Program Files\ubuntuone\dist\u1sdtool --list-folders and using the id value in u1sdtool --delete-folder
4. Try removing the "Test Folder" directory

Expected results:
Directory is removed successfully

Actual results:
Windows tells me that there is an application which is using the folder. Process Explorer shows that ubuntuone-syncdaemon.exe is the offending application.
