Bug Description

Some Windows 7 users are complaining that Ubuntu One won't open. The sso logs show lots of entries "Querying OS for proxy." The work around that solves the problem seems to be the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.

4. Make sure "Automatically detect settings" is NOT checked

5. Click the "OK" button

6. Restart Windows and try to setup Ubuntu One again

At least one of these users is sometimes behind a proxy server and sometimes not.
