Bug Description

At the moment when SD is shutting down it does not clean up the tmp files left behind.

For systems with limited /tmp space that may mean that e.g. when changing users the /tmp keeps the data that will not be used. Also, the naming does not suggest these are temporary files for u1 as opposed to anything else using tmpXXXXXX prefix.

I believe ubuntuone-syncdaemon should clean up its temporary files when it exits.
