Bug Description

Pretty much like LP:661292.
When ubuntuone plugin requests syncdaemon_publicfiles_interface_get_public_files in file_watcher_add_file it simply adds the public emblem, discarding the file info. Therefore the only place that stores the public info data into the hashtable is file_published_cb, which is why it is necessary to re-publish the file to get its URL.

Observed on ubuntuone-client-gnome 2.0.1
