Location widget switch does not work: utils.c does not get HAVE_NAUTILUS_30 define

At the moment in oneiric (ubuntuone-client-gnome 2.0.1) the location switch cannot be enabled/disabled.
This is because nautilus/utils.c does not import config.h.

TEST CASE:
1. Open Nautilus
2. Navigate to Ubuntu One folder
3. Open context menu, choose Ubuntu One
4. The menu should have 'Hide location bar" entry
5. Click on the entry
6. Reopen the menu, it should now show "Show location bar"
