Bug Description

I'm testing the nightlies on quantal, ubuntuone-client-gnome 4.1+r18-48~quantal1.

If you publish a file and stop publishing it, then you will not be able to publish it again.

Open a text editor.
Write on the text editor This is a test file that will be published again from nautilus..
Save the file from the text editor with the name File to publish again from nautilus.txt on the Ubuntu One folder.
Wait for the file synchronization to complete.
Open the file browser.
Go to the Ubuntu One folder.
Click the file File to publish again from nautilus.
Select the menu option Edit > Ubuntu One > Publish.
Select the menu option Edit > Ubuntu One > Stop Publishing.
The menu option Edit > Ubuntu One > Publish is not visible.
